Linux flashcache and bcache performance testing

The tests have been performed in order to see the current performance improvements of using Flashcache or Bcache having writeback caching enabled. Zarafa zabbix templates

At Zarafa Summercamp 2011 Steve Hardy presented two python scripts which use the zarafa python MAPI bindings in order to get the internal Zarafa statistics, so we decided to use this as a base for a Zabbix plugin.
